Mark Emami, DDS, CAGS
Dr. Mark Emami was born and raised in Long Island, NY. He attended college at the New York Institute of Technology and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2005. Following receiving his DDS degree, Dr. Emami completed a general practice residency at Lincoln Hospital, a Level 1 trauma facility in the Bronx, NY. Upon completion of his GPR, Dr. Emami, practiced general dentistry for 2 years prior to specializing in Endodontics. It is while practicing general dentistry, Dr. Emami realized his passion for non surgical and surgical root canal therapy, while having the experience and background as a restorative dentist.
Dr. Emami, then went on to Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine and received his specialty certificate in Endodontics in 2010.
Quincy Center for Endodontics was founded by Dr. Emami in 2011.
Throughout Dr. Emami’s career, he has been fortunate to accumulate many accolades and recognitions for his work and private practice in Endodontics. He has been named best Endodontist by Boston Magazine and is a past President of the South Shore District, Massachusetts Dental Society.
Dr. Emami is a proud South Shore resident and a husband and father of 3. While not at the office, you can find him on the baseball field watching his son pitch or at his daughter’s cheer competitions.
Dr. Emami knows that the last place any patient wants to be is “getting a root canal” so he endeavors to make the experience as painless and comfortable as possible.
